The increase in artificial turf installations, together with the demands of sports prescribers and technicians, mean that artificial turf and its components have evolved towards increasingly high quality standards.

These include the exact and precise dosage of the amounts of sand and rubber or EPDM that are incorporated into the latest generation artificial lawns. The machine has a large capacity container in which the sand and rubber are deposited, and by means of a continuously progressive doser, quantities of material can be incorporated from 2.5 kg to 40 kg / m².

The SandMatic B1505 has been developed to solve all these problems and facilitate efficient, fast and precise work for the installer.

The machine works at speeds between 1m / min up to 15m / min. With this, theoretical yields between 1.5 and 22.5 m² / min are achieved. The engine is a 18.4 kW (25HP) Kubota diesel with integrated cooling by hydraulic oil. The main functions are carried out with the wireless console which facilitates the operation of the machine and makes it faster. In the unlikely event that the control fails, the machine can be steered via the manual console on the side of the machine. The 8 wheels of the machine (low pneumatic pressure) are steered independently by axles to allow maximum maneuverability and the powerful hydraulic system of the machine efficiently manages planing, maneuvering and steering functions. To facilitate its transport, the machine incorporates grooves for the nails of forklift trucks, which makes their transfer to the platform of a truck something very simple.
